Usually. The loose surface is ground off, the spalls and pits are filled and ground flush, and the coating goes over a sound slab. If the concrete is structurally shot we tell you.
Spring through fall, when the slab and the air are warm enough for the coating to cure. We watch the forecast and schedule around rain.
